All our products are made-to-order and often personalized. We are therefore unable to offer returns on our products. If your item has already gone into production we may be unable to make the changes or accept the cancellation.

Requesting and changing proofs can delay the delivery date. If customers requesting proofs do not confirm the design is ready to move into production within a reasonable time we may either cancel the order or proceed to meet delivery dates.
