Unfortunately there is nothing we can do, it is on the buyer to make sure their information was entered correctly. I've done one custom order in the past and once again, LootCave did NOT disappoint. I'm shocked to say this time turned out even better than last. I got some glowing power stars with red material and they sent multiple pairs, one of which was a deeper shade of red than the rest! If you've got an idea in mind for a modified item from their store, shoot them a message and I guarantee you'll be able to get an item unique to exactly what you want.
