How can I use the files?
You may create a physical product for personal use or as a gift.
You may create a physical product for small business use that you sell at a local craft fair. or online (MUST have substantial WATERMARK to prevent theft by tracing of design).
You can create a sublimation print that you place on physical products that you sell yourself.
Small business use is defined as less than 500 products produced.

POD (Print-on-demand) is NOT allowed with my designs. Using Thyme4K designs to make sublimation transfers to re-sell is also not allowed. Please read the terms of use carefully that are included in with each design before using.

Digitizing of design to sell as embroidery file is NOT allowed.
At this time, Orange Elephant Embroidery has the exclusive right to digitize and sell my designs as an embroidery file.
