Please email me your photos at vs.digital.illustrations@gmail.com or attach them via Etsy messages, using the ''Upload image'' button.

Please note that you will receive a high resolution digital file of your illustration that you can print by yourself or take to a printer. No physical delivery is offered and no physical item will be shipped to you.

Where do I receive my final high resolution digital files?

Once you are satisfied with your illustration, I will send you the final high resolution files via email.

Can I send you my photos before I place my order?

Yes, absolutely. If you are not sure whether your photos will work for the illustration, you can contact me via Etsy messages and send me your pictures before your purchase. I will let you know if they will work. The higher quality photos you send me, the better your illustration will turn out. Please avoid blurry and dark images.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies depending on the specific commission or project. It varies from 3 to 9 business days.

I will draw a custom digital painting from your photo in my cartoon-watercolor style. My digital portraits are 100% hand-drawn (no AI) and emailed as a high-quality digital file, ready to print and frame. No physical delivery is offered.

💕 HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the number of figures you would like me to draw and choose your preferred file size.
1 figure = 1 adult, child, baby or pet.

2. Send me your photo via Etsy message. Please include your email address as well.

3. Your illustration will take 3-7 days to complete. Let me know if you need it by a specific date.

⚬ I can add text for no additional cost.

⚬ You can request changes to your illustration for free if needed. Examples include changing hair color, outfit color, wording or making edits to the characters/ background.
If you request changes that require additional hours of work, such as redrawing the characters - an additional fee will apply.

⚬ I offer UNLIMITED revisions, but I am always doing my best to have it completed in as few revisions as possible. I make one revision within one business day.

💕 YOU WILL RECEIVE

⚬ Once you approve your illustration, I will email you the final high-resolution digital file (JPEG, 300 dpi).

⚬ Print yourself or take it to a printer. You can frame it and hang it on your wall & use it as decor.
