Custom and personalized orders

We handle customized orders, feel free to contact us and we'll gladly assist. You can change the gemstones, sizes, and color of gold (white/yellow/rose). Send us a personal message and we'll provide the details. We always try to do the best and answer any request.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each item is being shipped in a gift box. if you need it wrapped, let us know when you place the order and we'll make sure to wrap it as a gift.

As each item is handmade, size can be specified during the time that you place your order. We do not charge extra for sizes.

How to measure ring size

The best thing would be to go to a store next to you, and ask them to check your size. It is very easy for jewelry stores to find out the right size. But if you want to measure your size at home, here are some tips: Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature -- fingers can shrink or expand when cold or hot. If your knuckle is much larger than your finger’s base, take two separate measurements and choose a size in between. You want a ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose or it will shift around. Search online for Ring Size Chart (there are many of them online) and find out the right size. Note that if you're between sizes it is for the best to take the larger one. If you hesitate with the size contact us.

When should I expect to get my order?

We’re doing our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. The processing time is between 3-5 business days. However, it may vary and might take a bit longer for custom orders and special request. We will keep you posted if there's any delay. As for shipping - we use DHL delivery services, often we use the express delivery (free of charge), delivery, door-to-door, insured, of course. So that shouldn't take long. Israeli Customers have to pay 17% Tax for any Order .

Is there a Tracking Number?

All of our packages have a tracking number, which will be sent to you Immediately when we’ll ship your package. You can always see it again in your order information. Use the number to track your order. Please contact us if you have any difficulties with tracking your order. We will happily send you the right tracking link or check if there’s any problems with the package delivery.

Paying method - Can I pay using Paypal without an account?

Do you offer refunds?

If the product arrives defective for any reason a full refund will be received 👉 Kindly note that custom orders cannot be returned. The item should be returned in its original condition, via registered mail only. Please send it by registered mail in its original packaging if you can, or similar (just make sure that the item is protected). Please write on the parcel: ITEM FOR REPAIR I will issue a full refund after receiving the item. 👉👉 Shipping fees and custom orders are none-refundable. If the item has arrived damaged, please take a picture of the item and contact me. If a customer wants a refund without justifiable reason, you will be charged $ 100 shipping.

Is it not possible to add a small chain after purchasing a lock?

Yes of course. Small chains that fit small locks cost $ 250 to 18.5 inches
