Besides, the cost of the samples will be reimbursed with your next order, you're not loosing anything! :)

We love our customers and try to make their experience with Linden Studio (former Linen Duet) as pleasant as possible. We do understand that sometimes you might be not 100% satisfied with your order. Let us know about the problem within 3 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If return or exchange is possible, please make sure to ship the item back within 7 days after receiving the package. In certain cases, restocking fees may apply. All of our bedding is handmade from our luxurious European linen. We offer several sizing options, so please be sure to select the correct one.

ATTENTION: We offer two pocket depths on our fitted sheets - 10 inches (will fit mattress with up to 8 inch height/depth) or 15 inches (will fit mattress with up to 13 inch height/depth). We recommend measuring your mattress height/depth, than adding at least 2 inches to determine the pocket size for a fitted sheet you would need to order. For example: your mattress height/depth is 10 inches; you need to add 2 inches, which gives 12 inches - in this case the appropriate size pocket for a fitted sheet would be 15 inches.
Please let us know if you would need a different pocket size, we are always happy to work on any custom requests.
Elastic is all around the bottom hem for a better fit.

It is the best purchase ever. The quality of the bedding is amazing. I am always very cold and trying to find the perfect sheets has been hard.
