4 out of 5 starsMy review is mixed. The pencils turned out great - even better and cuter than I expected. However, my delivery experience was subpar - I reached out to the seller twice to get a timeline on my order, no response. The pencils eventually came, later than the estimated time but with no word from the seller, till now! I think the customer servuce could be waaayyy better. My advise is to NOT order from this seller if the items are needed urgently.

They are so cute!! They are perfect for wedding favours, love them! Pencils were printed exactly as requested (eventually - there was an issue but the seller resolved it and customer service was excellent, can't fault them).
