Are your pdfs editable?

In most cases the actual design of the pdfs cannot be changed (eg existing text, layout and artwork), but you can add text to all of my pdfs using the most up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download).

Do you offer customisations?

Sorry, I am not not currently offering customisations to items currently listed in the shop or new design requests. Please read the item description carefully before purchase and seek clarification before purchase.

Cancellations and Returns

Due to the nature of instant digital templates, refunds/exchanges cannot be issued once the order has gone through. Please thoroughly read the description before purchase to ensure it's a perfect fit for your needs. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact me.

How do I access my template? / Where is my template? / Can you send to a different email?

Following your purchase, look for an email from Templett. It will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account. From there, you can click through to access your template. Please note that you can only access using a desktop, and not a tablet or phone device. The email normally arrives within a few minutes, depending on how busy the server is. Please check your spam folder too. If on the rare occasion you haven't received your email after 1 hour, or if you have used the wrong email please message me.

Can I try it out before I buy?

Yes - each listing has its own unique demo link where you can try out the design before committing to buying.

Do I need special software to edit these templates?

No, all you need is your desktop and web browser. Fonts are embedded into the editing software meaning you don’t need to download anything. You will also have access to our extensive font library.
