Yes! I can change it up completely! Just mention it in the 'notes' section at check out, or in the customization field on the product page. I will send you a proof UPON REQUEST. Once a proof is sent, if you do not respond or approve the proof within 3 business days, I reserve the right to forward the order to production to avoid any delays to your order. If the order is rush and I do not hear from you within 24 hours, I reserve the right to forward to production. I will do my best to wait and will try and reach out to the best of my ability, but my recommendation is to have your notifications on so that you can approve any requested proofs in a timely manner :)

Can I get multiple koozie colors for no extra charge?

Yes! You can get as many koozie colors as you'd like! Just mention it in the 'notes' section at check out - All koozies must have the same ink color though.

Can I get multiple ink colors?

Unfortunately, you can only get 1 ink color because I have to produce koozies of different ink colors separately. To get multiple ink colors, you would have to submit separate orders - 1 ink color per order.

Can you RUSH my order?

YES! Please send me a message letting me know how many koozies you want, the city they will be shipping to, and when you need them by - I'll let you know the rush price based on that info.

How many koozies do I get for $13?

$13 is for 1 koozie - however, the more you order the cheaper it gets per koozie. You can see all the prices on the right side of the listing under "Quantity / Price" drop down menu.

The cups are great and just what I order. The best part of this experience was the clear and quick communication. I had to cancel an order from another Etsy seller (yippee daisy) because they would not honor a turn around time stated in their information unless I paid extra for rush. Then they blamed me for the cancellation saying I could not follow directions. Anyways CuteSayings honored their shipping time and worked with me to get the design I needed. They responded quickly to messages and kept me informed throughout the process. They get 5 stars for customer service and delivering what I ordered on the schedule I needed.
