I loved my original customized dog phone cover so much that I ordered a new replicate. Although I submitted the same photo file for my 2nd cover, when I received it, the image was much darker than it was on my original order. When I contacted Andrew, he was quick to produce a new one without hesitation and it arrived shortly thereafter. I highly recommend this seller and their products.
