THE REALMS OF ELVES AND MEN unite in this LOTR wedding invitation, with symbols of Aragorn and Arwen joined on the cover of this pocketfold invitation suite. The pocketfold is made up of a unique, wood-grain embossed white cardstock, with a design that can be printed with any color you choose. Your names and the date of your wedding (or any text you prefer) are personalized on the cover. Matching fonts and designs are printed on the inside invitation, reply card, & reply envelope. Plus, the Mallorn Leaf design is printed on the invitation!
(NOW AVAILABLE in blue metallic!)
Your reply card and reply envelope (and any other inserts you need) are placed inside the pocket on the left side, to keep all your pieces organized.
The Suite includes the pocketfold, the invitation & invitation envelope (with your return address), reply card & envelope, and Save the Date or other insert card.
You have the option to order just the pocketfold, invite & envelope, or the suite without the STD card, or any other configuration you prefer.
I can address your pocketfold envelopes with your guests’ addresses (with the white tree design) for 90¢ each. If you order the entire suite, the prince drops to 70¢ each.
THIS IS A LISTING OF A SAMPLE SUITE, which includes a 5” x 7” pocketfold, invite, addressed invite envelope with return address, reply card & envelope with printed address, and STD postcard, all printed heavy white cardstock.

You have the option to order these invitations without the reply cards, or the Save the Date cards. Simply convo me with your ideas or special orders!
If you want to request any additional customization, please let me know. Once I have received the above info, I will then send you a private listing so that you may purchase them for your wedding/event.
TURN-AROUND TIME: Keep in mind that deluxe invitations take time to create. If you order the standard (pictured) design, with no color or font changes, expect your final order to be ready to ship 45 days after you have given me all the information I need to proceed with your order. If you order a completely customized design, expect your order to be ready to ship in 8 weeks. Of course, turn-around time depends upon your prompt reply to my questions about your design. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to slow responses to my inquiries.
THE PROCESS: I will send you electronic proofs as we work together on your project. Up to 5 changes in your design is included in the price. Each additional change is $7.00 per change. I am not responsible for misspelled words, incorrect dates, times, etc. that you have submitted, so please make sure you have sent me the correct information. If the error is due to my mistake, however, there is no charge for the correction!
I will mail a sample hard copy proof to you, free of charge, once the designing stage has been completed. You can then see your invites, etc. “in person” for a final proof. I will begin printing your project after you have notified me of your approval of the final, hard copy proof.
WORDS OF CAUTION: It is recommended that you mail your invitations 2 months before your wedding. If your wedding date is 4 months from now (or less), these invitations might not be completed in time for you to mail them. (I don’t want to discourage you from ordering, but I would hate to have your invitations mailed too late!)
If you have any questions, just ask: and have fun planning your LOTR party!
