The SVG file is missing. What do I do now?

In most instances, the .SVG file is showing up as a Microsoft Edge HTML file. The icon may even appear to be an internet browser icon instead of the design. We can assure you that the file will upload exactly the same into your chosen software.

I’ve tried everything, but I can’t get the file to load correctly into Cricut Design Space!

Since Cricut Design Space is an internet-based software, it occasionally experiences network outages that can cause the software to crash or act up. They also regularly push out updates that cause error messages to occur if you don't have the most up-to-date software installed. In some instances, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the software. However, we aren’t perfect, and sometimes the file may have been corrupted in the upload process, or a connection was missed. If you’ve tried the troubleshooting steps above and it’s still not working correctly for you, please message us with a screenshot of the problem you’re experiencing and we will make sure the file works for you as intended.

Do you offer this design in another color?

We don’t normally offer the same design in multiple colors, without some type of alternation. However, for a small customization fee, we’d be more than happy to recolor any design into your preferred colors.

Do you make custom designs?

We love making custom designs! The more original the better. We do ask though, that you don’t ask for copyrighted images to be recreated or to duplicate another designer’s work. Sending photos for inspiration is fine, but we reserve the right to make design decisions as we see fit.

Can I add a name or saying to this design?

Absolutely! However, we do charge a small customization fee. Just let us know what the name or saying is, and the style of font you would like and we’ll make sure it looks cohesive with the design.

Are your SVG files layered?

Yes! As fellow paper and vinyl crafters we know how frustrating it can be to find quality layered cut files, so we create all of our files from the biggest layer in the back to the smallest layers in the front. When you upload the layered SVG file into your designing software, you will need to ungroup the layers to be able to move them independently of each other.

Are you files high resolution.

We design on a 12in x 12in artboard, and export at 300dpi for our PNGs and JPGs.

Your designs come with a small business design. What of the terms of use for it?

Our small business license is solely for the use of creating physical items and is good for one individual. If you can physically touch it, you can make it. We only ask that you do not redistribute our files in any type of digital format, even if you have altered them. Redistributing them includes but is not limited to converting them into other file types such as embroidery files/laser cutting files/other downloadable formats or uploading them to Print on Demand or other production partner sites.
