Printed on 148mm square 325gsm white card with a matching blue envelope, packaged in a clear cello sleeve.
Cards are blank inside for your own messages. The reverse of all my cards is matched with the image of the front design with a small description of my work as an artist.
The original artwork was made using pencil and watercolour inks.

*There is now the option to receive your cards minus any plastic packaging. Please choose when you purchase. I endeavour to only use re-used plastic packaging in bigger parcels*

Cards/bookmarks are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post within 3 days of receiving your order.

International orders, please allow between 7-21 days to receive your item, although I am pleased to say most arrive within 10 days :)
If you need your order for a specific date, please let me know and I will always do my best to accommodate you.

If for any reason you should be dissatisfied with your purchase, I am here to help, please get in touch and let me
know as soon as possible.

I hand package all items myself, so I do everything I can to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
I do however have no control over how the postal service handles packages once they leave my hands, so please let me know if you have any issues or concerns on receiving your order.
I do not issue refunds unless items are faulty but exchanges are welcome within 21 days with proof of purchase. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered or purchased from my Polperro shop is faulty please contact me within 21 days of purchase to arrange returning for a replacement or refund.

All the printers I use for my cards are certified to Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) standards and ISO Management standards.
