The hanging option isn't intended to replace putting it under the child's pillow when a tooth has been lost, rather it is for convenient display and "storage" during all of those days when it isn't waiting for the tooth fairy.

Finished pillow measures 4.5" wide x 5" tall.

The Girly Color Option will have pink cheeks on the tooth and a pink or yellow rick rack hanger at the top.

The Boyish Color Option will not have color on the cheeks and will have a blue or green rick rack hanger at the top.

Really cute! My only comment is that the pocket is very small. It works well for the tooth, but I wish there were a larger pocket (maybe on the back?) for whatever the tooth fairy leaves.
