HOW TO USE

1. Purchase the listing.
2. After your payment has processed, you will be taken to the downloads page. You will receive an email when your items are available to download. Click on the link from Etsy and download your files.
3. Edit using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/). You can edit the text/wording in the blue highlighted areas. Font style, type, size, and color cannot be changed. Columns and rows cannot be moved.
3. Send to your local or online print/copy shop, FedEx Office, OfficeMax, UPS Store, or Staples. Print on heavy card stock.
