Please make sure you use the correct delivery address via your payment method, as this is the address we will ship your goods to and it cannot be changed once payment has been received.
Ready to post items will usually be dispatched within 1-2 working days,
Made to Order and Custom items will usually be dispatched within the times stated on the listing (Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank holidays are NOT working days).

I use Royal Mail to ship my products. UK customers orders are posted using 2nd class Non UK customers orders will be dispatched using Airmail.
Additional insurance and expedited postage options available, please message to obtain a quote.

Buyers are responsible for paying any taxes, receiving fees or custom duties on receipt of your goods in your country.

None of my items are sent tracked, so if you would like your items tracked, then contact me but it will cost you more.

Custom Orders -

Looking for something unique - a custom order may be just for you.
I welcome custom orders, or personalisations of designs you already see, I can add names, dates, make item in specific colour, size or yarn. Which make the items perfect for birthday/wedding/anniversary presents etc

In the case of custom or personalised order I ask for payment upfront.
And will send sample pictures to make sure you love what your custom order before it is fired and shipped.
