I moved and forgot to update my address. What happens to my package?

Orders are shipped to the address provided by Etsy at checkout. This is the address associated with your Etsy account and selected as your default shipping address at the time of purchase. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order to ensure the correct and most up-to-date address is on file. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed and cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees and applicable material or handling costs required to re-ship the item.

Do you offer personalization?

Yes. Most of our pieces are personalized with names, dates, locations, or meaningful phrases. Personalization options are listed on each product page. Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

At this time, we do not offer design proofs. Each piece is created using the exact personalization details provided at checkout to ensure efficient production and timely delivery.

What if my package is damaged in transit?

If there are any issues with your order—whether something is incorrect or damage occurred during transit—please contact us as soon as possible. Timely communication is essential, as all shipments are insured and claims for shipping damage must be submitted within a strict 10-day window following delivery. If we are not notified within this timeframe, we are unfortunately unable to file a claim or offer a replacement, and responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer. In the event of shipping damage, please take clear photographs immediately of: • The item • The interior packaging • The exterior packaging • The shipping label (clearly visible) These photos are required in order to submit an insurance claim and cannot be waived.

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are made to order. Production times are listed on each product page and may vary during peak seasons. Shipping time is additional.

All of our items are hand-crafted and finished by hand. We mill our own lumber here at the farm using only fallen trees - we do not harm the environment by using living trees! Everything we make is eco-friendly and rustic/primitive in appearance.
Since we use our own milled, rough cut lumber, our items gain a bit of rustic charm with knots, imperfections and different grains. We find that it really adds to the uniqueness of each piece - no one out there has something exactly like what you are ordering!
