Custom and personalized orders

CUSTOM REQUESTS: -Please contact me with a detailed description of what you have in mind.If you have any kind of visual inspiration,please include it! -Also include when you need to have the item and your location. -Custom orders have a longer processing time than similar items in the shop. -A Custom fee is charged depending on the task. -I will send you 1-2 rounds of pictures of the item before it's finished so you can confirm the details.If you require more rounds of pics to decide,there will be an extra charge of 5 euros per round paid via PayPal FULL SIZE TOP HATS: Please make sure to take your exact head measurement in cm according to the instructions given. When in doubt please contact me with your question before placing your order.

HATS: -Do not wear your hats under the rain...unless you're holding an umbrella of course! If your hat gets really wet let it dry on it's own away from any heating source. -Store your hats in a boxe! Long term exposure to sunlight may damage the colours. -If your hat gets dirty prefer a dry cleaning method to remove the stain -If your hat has a veil attached, prefer to store it with the veil drawn upwards so it doesn't get wrinkled. If the veil gets wrinkled a bit of medium temperature ironing will bring it back to shape! ELIZABETHAN COLLARS: -Do not machine wash!If your collar gets dirty prefer a dry cleaning method to remove the stain.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All hats and collars are sent in regular cardboard boxes by default.If you'd like a GIFT BOX for your hat or collar, please, follow the link specified in the individual item's description to purchase the appropriate gift box that is available in the shop as well. Those gift boxes are NOT sold separately!Please,buy them ONLY if you are also buying an item from my shop! FULL SIZE TOP HATS and LARGE HEADPIECES are only shipped in double regular cardboard boxes due to size.

Conditions of Returns

*Applies only to Ready to Ship Items *Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost *Original receipt/proof of purchase must be included in the returned package *Item must be returned in it's original condition,unused & in it's original packaging.If the item is not returned in its original condition,buyer is responsible for any loss in value *Refund will be issued after item is received from my part *Refund doesn't include original shipping cost which is quite expensive. *In case you decide to return the goods,please send them back with a tracking number,so you'll be able to track them in case of loss otherwise I won't be able to send you the refund. *The package must be marked as RETURN OF GOODS.

I am not responsible for lost packages! Orders will be shipped with the name and information provided upon checkout. Customer is responsible for providing accurate address and name information for shipping. Customer will be responsible for replacement if error is made. Please make sure your information is correct before checking out. If the item was sent with Registered Mail I will gladly file a Missing Item Report with the Post Office.

US Customers-Tariffs for orders imported from EU since August 2025

Regarding the newly imposed duties by the US Government for all items imported from the EU, effective August 29th 2025,please, be informed that the Duty of 15% of your order's price, plus Customs Handling Charges are already calculated in the shipping fee of your order. This means that the Custom's Duty is PREPAID when you place your order and you won't be further charged while your order passes through the US Customs in order to receive it.

The Countess is an impressive gothic attifet headdress.This vampire style headdress is covered with black silk shantung and embellished with black cord trimming all around the edges.It is further trimmed with black crystal details that create a halo effect as well as small black crystal beads that were hand-sewn on the trimming to create rich textural interest. The piece is completed with a black crystal handmade element placed at the center front for all that extra drama that we all love!

The headpiece is very light and comfortably stays in place with an adjustable elastic that goes under the hair and at the back of the neck. You can adjust the strap to be as tight as you want.

Let me just start with indicating how detailed and helpful this seller is. I came to them with a custom rush order to which they turned over the project and got it shipped to the states in 4 days. That's better than most amazon orders and that's with pre-made products lol. To say the least the craftsmanship is also reflected in their work. An absolute stunning piece of wearable art. 10/10 will be shopping with BizarreNoir again :)
