What should I do if my order is damaged in shipping?

We use the best packaging and wrapping available to make sure your items make it to you in perfect condition, but occasionally damage can occur. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your order. Please take a photo of damage and photo of damaged shipping boxes. This helps us to make a claim with the shipping company and will expedite us being able to get you a replacement item.

My item is marked as delivered, but I don't have it

Unfortunately, if the package is marked as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery. If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.

- Our signs are made using high quality 3/4" birch hardwood cradled panels. The smaller sizes (3x3, 4x4, 4x6, 5x5, 5x7, 6x6) easily stand up on their own.

- We professionally print the design, mount it to the wood, and lightly sand the edges. A protective clear coat is applied to each sign and frame to protect it. All signs and frames are intended for indoors use only and should not get wet or be exposed to the elements.

- No hardware is required for hanging because of the panel style design. It rests perfectly on a nail or screw. It can also be displayed using a photo easel. A sawtooth hanger will not be attached unless requested.
