We intentionally do not use machines to engrave our jewelry. Any text or design you see is done by hand, struck one image at a time. Characters may not be perfectly aligned, although they will be very close as shown in photos. This is the nature of the product, it adds character & beauty to your one of a kind jewelry

Please know your correct size upon order placement. If you would like a size not shown, simply contact us. We would be happy to review your request & promptly return your message!

Be certain of your size as personalized, custom rings & jewelry pieces can not be returned or exchanged. When purchasing personalized rings, we automatically allow and adjust sizing for your chosen stack so there is no need for you to order up. For whole sizes, you may safely purchase up 1/2 size. Some rings can be resized (we charge for this service) and some can not.

Our jewelry products are all easy care with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid repeated exposure to antibacterial soaps, chemicals, lotions, shampoos, hairspray, etc. Do not clean gemstones or oxidized pieces with liquid cleaners.

Keeping them clean and storing in a protected jewelry box or airtight bag when not being worn will keep them looking their best.

Most pieces can be made in both! 14k yellow & rose gold filled jewelry are excellent alternatives to solid gold pieces & are much less expensive. Our customers love these pieces. Layered in solid gold, they wear and last like solid gold at a fraction of the cost. 14k filled golds are NOTHING like plated golds. When you purchase lower cost, plated jewelry, the metal color fades and flakes. Whether you're looking for solid 14k or filled 14k, you can purchase knowing that both are of superb quality, up for the longevity & remain beautiful with easy cleaning of a soft polishing cloth.

All of our silver jewelry is made of, at the least, 925 sterling silver. Some pieces contain more silver as we use artisan silver to carve many of designs, containing .960 sterling all the way up to .999 fine silver. Rest assured that you are receiving a high quality piece of jewelry that will stand the test of time.
