It was packed well, but tracking info is useless, unless you phone the company, I guess. The tracking info provided doesn't let you know where (country, city, etc.) in transit your item(s) is. So, as the date of delivery moves, (it did with mine) you're just left hoping it shows up. However, it looks and feels to be a quality item. Based on the markings, I assume this sizer goes up in half size increments. 11, 11-, 12, 12-, and so on. I literally just had two rings sized, this past week, and one of the rings was sized to about 11 1/4. I slipped the 11- on my finger, and it seems to fit much the same as the ring does. But I'm happy with this item, because the cost to get my new rings sized was far higher than if I'd had this sizer before ordering said rings, so I should now be able to order the correct sizes
