This book is intended to document the first year of your child's life all the way through to the first birthday.
Busy Moms and Dads, I understand the struggle of trying to preserve you child's memories when all you can think about is how you are getting dinner on the table. My hope for this book is that it makes it easy to quickly jot down those moments so they are preserved forever.
Our Baby Book was designed for ANYONE expecting a baby. We know that Families consist of more than just mom and dad and we embrace that in this book. Their no mention of boy or girl, Mom or Dad, or Holidays. This makes our book truly universal for our international friends and all families alike.
Our covers are very customizable. Even if you don’t know your Child’s name or birthdate yet, we can still make your book special and personalized the way you wish. • 8'' x 10" book featuring a personalized hard cover front and back that has a special matte UV coating that makes your book wipeable with a soft cloth and protected against fading.
• 40 full color double sided sheets of 120 # cover paper making 80 beautifully designed pages to fill in that are printed on a high quality professional Indigo printing press
• 1.25" metal silver colored wire binding that is large enough to allow your book to grow as you add photos

• Hello Page - fill in your child's name, birthdate and other stats
• All about Pregnancy – this is only one page to record your thoughts and feelings while you were pregnant. For example, how you found out, how you felt etc. This can be filled out during OR after pregnancy. It’s also easily torn out if you choose not to use it.
• Double spread for notes throughout the book so you have extra room to write thoughts and other special memories.
• Family tree (this is not specific to mom and dad. This can be used for same sex parents as well). Parents are simply described as Parent 1 and Parent 2.
• All about us - tell your baby little about you and what you love
• Two celebrations pages. These pages are used for holidays, baby showers, baptism etc. Use them for whatever special occasion you want to record.
• The world when you were born - record popular artists, movies, songs, what things cost etc. This is fun one to look back on!
• Naming you - Where did your name come from? What does it mean?
• Birth Story - a double page spread for you to record the best day of your life.
• From the heart - write a special letter to baby. There are two of these. One before birth and one at 12 months.
• Tiny toes and feet - stamp baby’s feet right in the book! There are pages for newborn, 6 months and 1 year prints.
• Firsts and favs - record babies first word, haircut and more here
• Height + weight chart
• First haircut with a spot to attach a small envelope with hair clippings. ( envelope not included )
• Teeth chart - fill in the mouth graphic each time your child pops a tooth! (or loses one)
• 1 - 12 month double spreads. Each monthly spread is designed to add a photo on the left and record that month’s highlights on the right

• Notes - There are several places throughout the book to add additional notes.
In addition to the above pages we have also made sure you have plenty of space to add photos. Here is a list of photo pages you will find in the book. These are not album pages. We recommend using an acid free glue or tape specifically made for memory books or scrapbooking. This gives you the freedom to add any size photo in any format you wish.

| How to order |
Once you have selected your cover color from the drop-down menu simply add your book to the cart, please use the notes section provided at the checkout page to give me the child's name and any other information you want to appear on the front cover. This can be birthdates, place of birth etc. Dates and even names can be left off if you do not have this information. Please let me know either way in the notes box at checkout.
A proof of the cover will be sent to your Etsy messages. Proofs must be approved before we print and ship your order.
Once we receive approval, no changes can be made as we move quickly to get your book printed and shipped asap.
Because these books are a handmade custom item, please allow 7 to 8 business days for your book to be made and another 3 to 5 business days for shipping. International buyers will have a ship time of 2 weeks or more depending on your location. Priority Mail is available for international customers by request.
PROOFS
We will send a proof to your Etsy messages with in 3 business days. In most cases sooner. We do not send proofs to emails. Please remember to check your Etsy messages to approve your proof before we proceed. We will attempt to get in touch with you to approve your proof two times. If you are none responsive after the second attempt then we have no choice but to move forward with the order or cancel without notice. Late proof approvals will result in later ship dates as well. So please be mindful that you must check your messages and approve your proof so we can get your order out on time.
| SHIPPING |
Please note the shipping times and processing times are two different things. It's important to keep in mind that processing times can vary from 7 to 8 business days. When determining your total time from order to book in hand, please consider the following shipping times.
We offer three different shipping options to accommodate your needs.
> Priority Mail - 2 to 3 business days
> UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
> UPS Next Day Air - Next business day delivery by end of day, depending on destination with limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
* Please note that any Priority Mail service is just an estimate and can be subject to delays depending on the time of year.
*Please double check to ensure your shipping address is accurate before you click the pay button. Any order that is returned to us for any reason including insufficient address, unclaimed or cannot be delivered as addressed will be subject to additional shipping fees to have re sent.
All packages will come with a tracking number that you will receive via an email notification when your book ships.
| INTERNATIONAL BUYERS |
Books are shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive depending on the country. Although your International packages will come with a tracking number they are likely not trackable once they leave the US.
Please refer to our store policies about VAT and other fees your country may charge.
| CANCELLATIONS |
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order for any reason. If you book has already been printed, we are unable to accept cancellations.
We reserve the right to cancel any sale that we feel will feel cannot be made and shipped in time for your occasion. We will process the refund as quickly as possible and let you know as soon as we can if this is the case.
