The box is beautiful and smells like wood which is nice. Good quality. The only thing I would change is the grey plastic filling which I will change myself to a natural textile before putting a ring in. The shipping was even faster than expected and it was very neatly packed. I would definitely recommend this product and the shop. (I didn't need to have any contact with the shop because there were no problems so I can't say sth about the customer service.)
