Where do I find my instant download?

Instant downloads are available as soon as payment clears. You can access them under "purchases and reviews" on the Etsy website.

What is the turnaround time?

Templates and other Instant Downloads are available immediately. 2 business days for personalized files, 4 business days for printed products, 2 weeks for custom, made-from-scratch orders.

What does printing cost?

I'm currently in the process of converting all digital listings to include the option for printing. If you don't see a print selection for the product you want, you can add it on by purchasing the listing for the corresponding print size in my "add ons" shop section.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Although all of print listings are set up for US only. If you need to add on printing with international shipping just message me!

How to I access my digital template?

Corjl will email you a direct link to access and edit your item. Make sure your email address listed on your Etsy account is up to date and check your spam folder. If you still can't find it message me and I'll send you the link!
