We are here to make it as simple as possible for you to order your personalised photo cushion

At Allure we provide the best service as well as the best product!
All our cushions are made here in the UK with the best quality materials and inks to ensure you are 100% happy with your order.

Not only do we believe the quality is FANTASTIC! We also provide you with the option of having your photo edited at no extra cost. If you have an image that you would LOVE on one of our cushions but the image you have is damaged, needs someone or something removing from it, you would prefer the background to be removed, or you want to add a little bling and sparkle to the photo we can add tiaras, crowns, sunglasses, you name it, we will do it!

You don't want a image but you would like text such as 'Prosecco Time', I Heart Champagne, Princess Emily.. anything is possible. Any colour, any font.
If you require a mock up of the cushion before we sent your image to print, please let us know when you send us your image. * Please note if a mock up is requested we will need a reply from yourself that you are happy with the mock up before we sent this to print, this may delay the dispatch date.


If you simply want you image printing in black white rather than colour, or there is someone with red eyes in the photo we will fix this for free before printing your cushion.
(Just leave your request in the personalisation box and we will make the changes)

How to send us your photo

The bigger the image the better the quality.
Please send your image to sales{at}allurehomeandbeauty.co.uk along with you order number
If you are unsure if the quality or size of your image is big enough, simply drop us a message or email with the photo and we will check for you :)

We will not include the invoice with the delivery, only a delivery note with the order number so you can send cushions direct to your friends and family as beautiful personal gifts

We always print images edge to edge which means your cushion looks professional with no awkward border

The reverse of the cushion will be faux suede bright white

Shipping
We send all our orders with Royal Mail 48hr or Parcel Force if outside the UK
Once your order is placed the cushion will go into production within 24 hours and be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Please allow an extra day if you have requested your photo to be edited, or to receive a mock up
Not edited- delivered within 3-5 working days/ Edited- delivered within 4-5 working days
During busier periods please allow a little extra time as we all know the post can be delayed

Orders placed outside the UK are produced in 3-5 days and sent with Parcel Force Standard 5-7 working days
Please note delivery times do not take into account if customs hold the item for inspection.

Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed for a personalised cushion we are unable to cancel/ refund or amend.
Please note we cannot issue any refunds for the order as these items are personalised and cannot be resold.
