[ What is KOHAKUTO? ]
KOHAKUTO (CRYSTAL Jelly-Candy) is a kind of Japanese traditional confection, originally served for a Matcha Tea ceremony ("Matcha" means "green tea") or also popular as a souvenir/gift. It has a unique and majestic texture, crystal outside and soft jelly inside. Recently they are very popular in Japan as an “EDIBLE JEWEL.” Ingredients are sugar, agar and water, all vegetable. Gluten free. No Partially Hydrogenated Oil. We use non-GMO granulated sugar.

[ About processing time ]
This is a made-to-order item. We will make after receiving your order. This is a very fragile item requiring gentle packaging. We can send to anywhere in America. From order date to ship date can be from 7-14 days (smaller orders) and up to 21 days (larger orders), and also depending on time of year, how busy we are, etc.. It takes about 3 - 5 days to crystallize the outer part of the kohakuto. Please contact us if you have a specific target date and we will reply with estimated shipping date. *Please note that during the holiday season, our schedule and shipping methods may change. Under the COVID-19 situation, It may take longer time than usual.
(1)To anywhere in USA : We will ship the Kohakutou by USPS First Class Mail service (3-7 days delivery). If you want to upgrade to Priority mail service (2-5 days), please contact us. First Class Mail Shipping fee is $5.5.
Free shipping on orders over $35.

(2)To Canada : I will ship by USPS First Class Package International Services (NOT Priority Package International Services ), Shipping fee is $20. (USPS/Etsy changed the cost)

(3) To other countries : I will ship by USPS First Class Package International Services (NOT Priority Package International Services ), Shipping fee is $24.

You will receive your order in about 10-21 days (USA), 3 weeks -1.5 month (Canada).

[ Shipping policy ]
We use USPS Priority or First class mail service. We can use FedEx too based on customer's request.
-USPS Priority mail service: Deliver in 2-5 business days. Includes $100 insurance and tracking. If USPS breaks packages they are responsible and will issue the refund for your broken or lost package.
-USPS First class service: Deliver in 3-7 business days. It has tracking information but is not insured. If you want up grade shipping you can select the upgrade at checkout.
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Customers are responsible for broken items, and /or undelivered packages.
