What Do I Do If I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

We are only able to ship items to the address that you entered at checkout. If you need to make a change, you should immediately request that we cancel your order. You can then place your order agin using the correct the address. WE CAN NOT MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOU ADDRESS MANUALLY.

What Do I Do if I Ordered the Wrong Size?

If we have not yet shipped your order, you may request a cancellaion. You can then place another order, selecting the correct size. If your item has shipped, you can return the item for a refund (less shipping cost). You will have to reorder the correct size, we do not do size exchanges as there is nearly always a price difference.

You can use this listing to upgrade any collar in the shop to metal hardware; silver tone or brass plated. Please be sure to select the size that coordinates to the webbing width of the collar that you are purchasing.

This listing will change out the plastic buckle and tri-glide of any of our 5/8", 3/4" or 1" wide collars for their metal counter parts. You can choose either a silver tone finish or brass plate from the drop down menu. If you'd like to upgrade both a collar and leash, you may now do so from this listing. All leashes come with a silver metal snap hook but that can also be changed to brass when you select the brass collar and leash from the drop down menu. All collars already come with a metal D-ring for attaching pet tags and leashes to.
