To place your custom order:

1) Choose the city you would like featured on the coaster OR if you want a custom location choose ‘Custom Location’ From the drop down menu. As a default, if not specified, I will feature the city center on the coaster...but you can specify any area that is within the greater metro area of the city you choose...as long as it appears on my large map image. You will need to specify this location via a message or in the ‘notes to seller’ section at checkout. Etsy only allows 2 variation drop down menus currently...so a lot depends on messaging and communication!

***PLEASE NOTE CHOOSING A CUSTOM LOCATION IS $1.00 MORE per coaster DUE TO THE TIME IT TAKES TO SOURCE AND CONSULT WITH CLIENT VIA THE PROOF APPROVAL PROCESS...ALSO THE MAP MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT LOOK THAN WHAT THIS LISTING FEATURES...BUT YOU DO GET TO APPROVE THE PROOF IMAGES FIRST!***

2) Choose what you would like for the underside of the coaster (ie felt, keep it absorptive sandstone, or put another map on the underside to make it reversible! - the last option adds 2.00 per coaster for a standard map location, 3.00 for a custom map location.)

3) Decide what you would like the included customized tag to have written on it. The default tag included is a rustic brown with the tie being a natural Jute (also known as twine). I can substitute other colors or ribbon type for no charge. We just need to message all the details!! Include in the notes during purchase (or simply message me) what you would like for the tag and tie.

NON BULK ORDER TURN AROUND TIME:

For any order containing less than 30 coasters, Average turn around time from time of final design confirmation AND purchase to shipment is 3 days.

BULK ORDER TURN AROUND TIME:

For any order containing more than 30 coasters, average turn around time from time of final design confirmation AND purchase to shipment is 1-2 weeks depending on other order load.


For each coaster, the design is decoupaged to the tile and is treated with 3 coats of waterproof, heat resistant sealant on the top... so it is plenty hardy for use as a coaster. The stone coasters are treated with commercial grade paver sealant on both front and back to preserve the beauty of the stone and image.

There can, upon request, be wire loop affixed with Liquid Nails beneath the felt backing... so you can hang it on the wall!

All ribbon and tag design is included in the pricing. I can personalize in almost every way you would like... some things might require a marginal price increase.
