Use warm water and soap to wash your item. Shape it while it's still wet and leave to dry. The felt "remembers" the shape it was dried in. So if you have a flat item like a scarf - leave it to dry flat. If you want to wash slippers or hat you'll have to give it shape before leaving to dry.

I ship all of my items with Priority International mail. It's the fastest and cheapest way, but it doesn't have a tracking number. If your pack will be lost I'm not responsible for it. It's shipping on your own risk, I will be not able to refund you! I'm sorry! If you prefer Regesterd Mail with tracking number you'll have to pay extra. Please choose it on the check out if you prefer this way. EMS is also availible, please contact me for this option. Small packages to Italy are shipped with SDA or BRT corriers. Everything is made by hand using local wood wood and wool. The only thing I had to buy was the small sheep bell.
