I ship my products as letter mail, usually within 5 to 7 business days after clear payment (that is about made to order products, ready to ship products are dispatched usually within 3 days). I use Hellenic Post and only Registered Mail with tracking number.

In case you would like an other shipping method please contact me. There is also DHL express available for almost all the countries of the world.

Generally, orders from outside the EU can take from 7 to 25 business days. It depends on where you are and your country's postal and customs service, public holidays etc.

The store can not be held responsible for any delivery delays. What I guarantee is that your order will be processed as fast as possible. After that it is a matter of the postal services of your country and area.

If you have a tight time frame, then with DHL express you can have your order faster. You can choose this shipping method while on checkout. In case you have any questions about this service please contact me for details and costs BEFORE purchasing.
DHL also needs a telephone number in order to contact you if needed. You can leave it in the "note to seller" field while on checkout.
Although I can ship everywhere in the world, there are some countries that I can not ship with DHL express or I strongly advise not using this service because of their delivery or customs policies. Some of these countries are:
-Russia
-Brazil
-Egypt


Buyers are responsible for any duty or customs fees.
I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I can not be responsible about any malfunction of tracking numbers or the tracking method in general, if it is due to a problem or policy of your country's postal service. Eg. some countries, like Australia and Canada do not provide tracking information for international incoming letter mail.

In case you can not track your order or you believe it takes way too long, you can contact your country's main postal service, as they are solely responsible for handling the parcel and deliver it safe to you.

I only ship my products for personal use, not commercial. Any commercial use of them, like reproduction or distribution is not allowed.

I'd like to remind you that wood and other natural materials have unique patterns and sometimes color. And that means that two items can't really be exactly the same. Please keep that in mind when you buy an item that is made to order.

The biggest factor determing how long wooden items will last, is the way you treat them. In case you need any suggestions on how to store or treat them you are always welcome to ask me! If you treat it right it will last for many many years.

In case you would like your item refinished, you can send it to me anytime you would like, I'll do it for free. You only pay the shipping costs. Before sending it you should contact me and I will inform you about the shipping cost.
