Will I receive tracking on my order?

Our standard shipping method does provide tracking to USA or Canada. We ship with tracking Internationally where possible. Please contact us for details on if tracking is available to your location.

How long must I wait after painting before I apply my decal?

Allow new paint to dry for at least 3 weeks prior to application of the vinyl. If you would like to test our vinyl on your surface, please convo us for a sample. If you apply the decal before the paint cures, as it cures it can release gasses that may cause the decal to lift and not adhere properly. Decals are best applied within 90 days of order so plan your purchase accordingly.

Is the decal movable or re-positionable?

No. The lettering is extremely thin and tends to stretch as it is being removed. Each decal is good for a one time use.

Use a mild household cleaner, a soft cloth or sponge, and a light touch. Avoid cleaners that contain alcohol or abrasives.

Do I have to apply the decal letter by letter?

No. The decals come pre-spaced and ready to apply, making installation so easy! Larger decals or 2 color designs typically come in 1-2 pieces with guides to assist for easier installation. Each listing provides details on number of pieces you will receive when ordering the decal. The sizes laid out in the listings are the full size from the top of the highest letter to bottom of lowest letter (top-bottom) and from farthest right point to farthest left point in the design.

What if I am unsure about color selections or how the decals work?

'Test' decals and color samples here: www.etsy.com/ca/listing/687487477. As colors can vary due to monitor settings, it is best to get the swatches sent if you are concerned about the colors matching your decor. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges due to color mismatches. These decals are not 'frosted' in any way. Customers who are looking for a frosted look will often apply the decal to the front of a glass panel and then use an aftermarket spray/paste to frost the back side of the glass. If applying to a glass panel on your door you will need to order a size smaller than the width of the opening to allow clearance.

My order has not arrived yet. When can I expect it?

Please note our standard delivery time-frame for your country. If this time-frame has past and your decal still has not arrived it may be delayed in customs. If your package is lost in the mail, we will ship you new decals. For Canadian orders a package is not considered lost for 30 business days from the date it is sent. For orders to the US and International, a package is not considered lost for 45 business days from the date it is sent. (Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY, excluding holidays) If you are concerned or have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us for information on getting a replacement. A picture of the damaged decal and packaging will be required.

In USA we ship USPS or UPS. In Canada we ship Canada Post, Purolator or Canpar. International orders are shipped via Canada Post. Countries in the EU will likely see customs fees and duties upon import of goods and these are not covered by the shipping costs. Please check with Customs prior to ordering for any additional costs required.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

Our current promotion is free shipping for orders greater than $75 USD that ship to addresses in the USA/Canada. Orders shipping Internationally that fall over this threshold will be contacted to pay for shipping that is required to complete the order. Convo us for any questions.
