What happens if my package is missing?

Please note: your order will be shipped via USPS first class. All orders come with tracking, but DO NOT come with insurance or loss protection. Once it has shipped I am not responsible for loss or damage, and will not issue any kind of credit/refund if such occurs during the shipping process. Please reach out to the post office for more information.

What happens if my ink runs out?

Can I choose a different ink color for my stamp?

Absolutely! However, you must make note of the color change in the Notes to Seller upon check. PLEASE do not email after you order or I may miss it! The color options are: red, green, blue, turquoise, purple, pink, brown, and black.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

There are NO refunds or cancelations for any stamp ordered. Because each item is custom made {and with a fast turnaround} stamps are often made shortly after an order is placed.
