How it works:

1.) Purchase this listing and message a reference photo to me of the person at eye height.
Let me know what background style you would like or be brave and let me choose!
Please also tell me which direction you would like your child to be facing.

2.) Once I get your photo, I will message the finished JPEG to you within 7-14 business days.

3.) Once you get your silhouette portrait, you're allowed up to three changes. (Within reason.) I'll make the changes asap and send it back to you.

Your artwork will be emailed to you in the form of a high resolution JPEG.

Quantity is the number of portraits that you want.
Number of people is the amount of people you want in each portrait.

Your illustration will be of a head and shoulders only.

If the photo that you give me is not an accurate representation of your child, then you're not going to get an accurate silhouette.

If for any reason during the process of design if I haven't heard from you for more than 5 days, your order will be closed and you will not be allowed any changes without further payment. We strive to have our illustrations finished in 7 business days and we need your full participation to do that.

This product is drawn directly in the computer with a Wacom tablet. It is not a physical piece of artwork that was drawn on paper.

Because of the nature of the product, there are no refunds.
