- IMPORT TAXES AND TAXES IN THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION: The import taxes applicable in some countries and the local taxes are in all cases borne by the buyer.

Important for UK customers: If your order exceeds 135 GBP, you will have to pay the import taxes that your country applies to goods coming from the EU before your package is delivered. If your order does not reach 135 GBP, these taxes will be collected directly by Etsy when you place your order. This is a local tax that is not part of our store.

Other countries such as Canada have a similar system.

- SPAIN SHIPMENTS:
We have enabled express mail service with delivery in 24 hours for domestic shipments with courier companies as CORREOS EXPRESS, Seur, Zeleris, etc. To be able to contract these services, companies ask us in the forms as mandatory field for a contact telephone number of the recipient, they use this number to manage a new delivery with the recipient in case there is any problem in the delivery. You can leave us this number in a note when you place your order or send us a message. This information will allow us to manage your order much more quickly and your package could be delivered the day after placing your order in most cases, if the items purchased are pieces in stock.

In the case of not having that contact number, we will send you a message as a reminder and we will wait for your answer. If after the maximum time of preparation of the package (2 working days for items in stock) we haven't had an answer on your part, we will proceed to send your package without the telephone information. In this case, if there is a problem in the first delivery, it will be much more difficult and slower to manage a new one and your package will take much longer to be delivered.

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
CONTACT PHONE FROM THE RECEIVER is required
In order to expedite shipments, please provide us with a telephone number when placing your order. We use the DHL express service or TNT services for all international shipments except for those from outside the EU; Countries of Eastern Europe; Africa and Latin America. This service requires a signature on the delivery and it is strongly recommended that you communicate us a phone number by private message in our store or by a note in your order so that the transport company can manage the delivery. This service is very fast and secure with estimated deliveries for 24-hour for EU countries; between 2 and 4 working days for USA and Canada and between 4 and 6 working days for other more distant countries like Australia or Japan.

- REST OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
For countries without DHL express service we use the International Certified Postal Service in Spain which also requires signature on delivery. This delivery time may vary from 6 to 12 working days for EU countries; 12 to 15 working days for the United States and Canada and 12 to 20 working days for the rest of the world depending on the distance to the destination country of the shipment, although, these transit times may be extended depending on the border crossing restrictions in the different countries. We are not responsible for these delays nor can we intervene in them once the package has been deposited at the post office or transport agency.

For other types of shipping please contact us.

** VERY IMPORTANT **
For a better management of your shipment it is advisable that you provide us with a TELEPHONE NUMBER OF CONTACT for the transport agenc.; You can leave us this number through a note in your order or through a message in our store. All the information you provide us is absolutely confidential.

*** In the event that your shipment is not claimed on the destination within the corresponding period (this period varies from one country to another) the shipment will be abandoned and it can't be claimed. If you have any problem with delivery, please contact us. ***

- ORDINARY POSTAL SERVICE:
If you want that we send your order through the regular postal service (without tracking number and NO SIGNING REQUIREMENT on delivery) contact us. This type of shipment has no option of reclamation since the package doesn't carry any type of identifier for its tracking, for this reason, we aren't responsible for the losses of packages sent with this system.

- MANUFACTURING TIMES: The manufacturing times of each piece are usually unchanged, the manufacture of pieces of ceramic craftsmanship is a slow process that can not be accelerated and that includes piece modeling, drying and polishing; First cooking or biscuit at 1020 ºC; Decoration and glazing; Second cooking at 1020 ºC.

- ITEMS IN STOCK: Orders of items in stock will have a preparation period of between 1 and 2 working days before being sent.

-MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: The shipments of items made to order have a manufacturing time of between 12 and 14 days. For custom pieces, please get in touch with us and we will inform you.

All our items are handmade by craftsmen, one by one, each of them is unique so there may be slight differences from the pictures.

Custom Orders:

- We accept custom orders of our pieces. We can customize the color, size or decoration. For very special pieces, please, ask us.

- If you want a custom piece you have to take into consideration the time of making a piece of handmade pottery from scratch hovers around 2 weeks. At the time of modeling the piece must be added the drying of it, the first firing or bisque, the decor and the second firing.

- This time must be added to regular shipping transit time so that sometimes order delivery could take more than a month, depending on the margins of the packet transit time to certain countries outside the EU.
