When will I receive my order?

Great question! Most of our orders are currently completing the printing and fulfillment process in 2 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS, and we are currently seeing average shipping times running an additional 2 to 4 days or so. In general, most of our products are delivered roughly 8 to 12 days after placing an order. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Do you offer rushed, expedited, or overnight shipping?

Unfortunately no. We work with a printing partner that prints our shirts as orders are received, and we do not carry any inventory. This helps us to reduce waste due to excess inventory. Because of this, we are limited in our ability to rush orders that are urgent, and we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. With that being said, most products are delivered roughly 8 to 12 days after placing an order. Thanks for your understanding!

Do you offer customized orders?

Yes...we do our best to offer basic custom design adjustments. We normally charge $15 for this service, as time allows. For that, we are able to change font colors, and make minor design additions or changes. Fully custom design requests are much less likely, due to our limited staff resources. Just please note that sales for custom shirts are final (no returns)...other than damage or misprint of course. Please send us a note so we can discuss your options. Thanks!
