If your mug happens to arrive from the printer broken, you MUST send me photos of the broken mug to receive a replacement.

These items are print on demand and go straight to my printer once the order is placed. Make sure you enter the exact address you want it shipped to when you checkout. If you order multiple items, they may ship from different printers and arrive separately.

***Shipping Address***
Make sure you provide an accurate shipping address! I am not responsible for lost/undeliverable mail due to an error in the address provided. If an order is returned to me, the buyer is responsible to pay for the reshipment. If the buyer would rather cancel the order, I will refund the item price, minus shipping.

***Returns/Exchanges***
