I accept custom orders, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have a specific design in mind and i will be happy to help you. Personalized made items cannot be returned and refunded.

I offer First Class Registered Mail by the Hellenic Post on all purchases. It might take more days to arrive than other purchases that you have done from USA based sellers. Also it might require more money for shipping than a usual mail from the USA With Hellenic Post it takes approximately 10 days to be delivered for Europe and 15-20 days to everywhere else. With DHL Express for Europe is 2-3 business days and for other countries is 3-5 business days. These terms are provided by the postal services and we are not guarantee that the parcel will arrive at this time. It may come faster or may be delayed on its way. Also, we can’t be responsible for various force-majeure circumstances or a natural disaster that may affect the delivery time.

Customs and Duty Fees

I will ship anywhere, but please note any customs, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

I send items to the address provided in Etsy. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout! I will send all shipments to this address and NOT your Paypal address. You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, convo us with the correct address as soon as possible. In case of incorrect shipping address you order may be sent back to us or even misdelivered. We are not liable for such kinds of mistakes. I can send your item back, but you will need to pay the shipping cost again. After I sent the package I will contact you to give you the registration number so that you can track it.

Returns and exchange details

If you are not pleased with your purchase please contact me first to resolve the issue. If you want to return the product , you must pack it safely to avoid any damage and will be charged the cost of return. Returns accepted within 14 days. Shipping costs and state taxes will not be refunded. After the item has been returned, the original purchase price will be refunded to the customer via PayPal. Custom made items cannot be returned & refunded. Items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding the 14 day return policy.

Payment is due within 3 days. If you don't pay for your order within 3 days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. I don't accept payment in installments.

All our products are made by hands from a natural beechwood tree of high quality and decorated with veneers of different kinds. Each product is polished and smoothed by hands to be very pleasant on touch. To keep the presentable appearance and long service, our wooden gifts are covered with colorless water varnish (environmentally friendly) that allows the wood to breathe and protect it from external influences.

Please note that due to the nature of the wood all crates may have slight differences in appearance and color. And also the color might be slightly different due to different monitor settings.

During Christmas, New Year and other holidays, the delivery time can be increased by 7-14 days.
All costs for international delivery (fees, taxes and duties) are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your parcel is returned because of incorrect information about the address or if you forgot to receive it, we can send it back, but you will need to pay the shipping cost again.
If for some reason you want to return the product , you must pack it safely to avoid any damage and will be charged the cost of return. Returns accepted within 10 days. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund. If the item that is returned is not in its original condition, is not eligible for a refund.
In case of a refund of a product - even if it was sent with free shipping - I will deduct a fee equal to the cost of shipping the item.
