Most of the time, shipping is with UPS, but I also ship with USPS as well. I will provide you with the Tracking Number as soon as your order is ready to ship. When I do provide you with a Tracking Number, please follow the tracking number on UPS.com or USPS.com
Do NOT EVER follow tracking through Etsy, they are notorious wrong for giving the wrong estimated delivery time.
~~~~~~ There is no need to be at home to sign for the package. You can have any order shipped to your home or work address or even someone else's location. Just contact me with the ship to address if it's different than your billing address.

Within One to Two Days!....I take pride in the fact that I ship out extremely quick. However, I do not rush to design my orders or skimp on details...its just that I know how excited and anxious my customers are to receive their wonderful gift and I do not like to keep anyone waiting for weeks to receive their product. Most of the time, I can ship out an order within one day. If you have any questions about shipping time, please be sure to ask.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you are looking for a special theme or specific colors. Everything that I design is custom to what you would like. I like to design "outside of the box", so don't be afraid to ask...if you would like zebra with pink, teal with yellow or even a sports theme...anything goes! It's all about YOU and what YOU would like. I can pretty much design anything! If you feel more comfortable asking for your request prior to purchasing, please do! I will respond back to you right away.

Should you need to return your item, please contact me PRIOR to returning. Any returns must be shipped within its original shipping box, originally assembled within its original packaging bag, unused/unassembled and be received within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be issued after the item has been returned minus a 15% processing fee. There are no refunds issued on any diaper cake that is personalized with a name and products that are edible.

CANCELLATIONS- I only accept cancellations within 12 hours after purchasing. Once an order is completed, packaged and ready to ship out, I can not cancel the order. No cancellations on personalized edible favors once they have been made.
