Custom and personalised orders

Most items in the store can be further customized & personalized. E.g. you wish to change the color of leggings, or text on a shirt). Also, if you like a pattern , but interested to have it on another item, or in another color, in most cases this could be arranged. Please make contact to discuss options!

With most items you will find the size/size chart either in the listing or as one of the photos. I am happy to help if you need any advice with choosing the right size. The measurements in the size guides are ON BODY measurements.

Wholesale availability

All products are available for wholesale. When purchasing bulk orders, the discount begins at 50 items from the same category (e.g. leggings). Please contact me for more details.

Where is my item shipped from?

The items are made and shipped from USA or Europe depending on your location. This makes receiving your order faster, saves on postage cost and customs. My production partner has facilities in both locations.

Returns and Exhange details

I don't accept returns as everything is made to order especially for you. Obviously if there is something wrong with the product in any way I will refund or exchange it for you. Just contact me and I will see what I can do! Contact needs to be made within three weeks. If it has been longer than that there is nothing I can do. Please do not send items back to the sender address in any situation before making contact with me first. I'm happy to cancel your order for whatever reason as long as it hasn't gone in the production, so please message me ASAP if you want to cancel and I'll stop the order from going ahead :) 2 hours is generally quick enough

What if your purchase gets lost?

I should have tracking information for your parcel so I might be able to see what's gone wrong for you. If it has disappeared in transit I will post you out another one as soon as I can. Items get lost very rarely, and my priority is to ensure you get your item and are as happy as possible! Do please be patient, though, as sometimes it can take a little longer than expected and there's not much I can do about this from my end.

Orders that haven't been delivered within the estimated delivery time should be reported to us within 4 weeks for a potential order reshipment.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?

Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but the customer says they haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. But not all is lost! There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your customer’s address in an unexpected location. Customers should reach out to the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch." If your customer can’t locate the package, you’ll need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. Then submit a claim to the carrier stating the current issue.
