Product Images and Real-Life Differences

Please note that while we strive to accurately represent our products, slight variations may occur between the images shown and the actual product. This includes factors such as the brightness or sharpness of engravings and minor color differences. These variations are due to professional photography and screen display settings, which may differ from how the product appears in real life. We appreciate your understanding that these differences are natural and do not reflect the quality of the product.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds: Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the item price only.

Once the item is shipped, it is the recipient’s responsibility to track the parcel using the provided tracking number. Shipping carriers may deliver parcels to local pick-up points instead of the recipient's address. This can happen for various reasons, such as the recipient not being home, package size limitations, or regional delivery practices. If a package is not collected and is returned to us: – For non-personalized items, we may refund the item price only (shipping is non-refundable) if it’s returned in original condition. – For personalized items, no refund is issued, as the item is custom-made and will be disposed of. If you wish to have the item re-shipped, a new shipping fee must be paid.

Customs & Import Duties

📦 Please note: Since August 29, 2025, US Customs requires import duties on all parcels, regardless of value. - Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the carrier. - If these charges are not paid, the parcel cannot be delivered and may be destroyed by Customs. - Refunds will not be issued in such cases. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

The quality of the item was sup par. The sliding cover doesn't fit unless you turn the box upside down. It's very thin and feel flimsy, but the photos do match the description.
