I have always loved Irish Sweaters. My mom had an ivory one since the time I was a little girl. When my sister visited Ireland, she brought back a new one for my mom. Seeing it inspired me to create the Irish Sweater Beanie. Fast forward something like 10 years later, and I revisited the pattern. I realized it was missing something that I didn't have the skill or knowledge to create at the time I created it... but I had it now. I've revised the pattern, not only making it easier to read, but making it what it was meant to be originally. A texture filled huggable and lovable hat pattern that is also warmer to wear! There are notes to guide you along the way.

This pattern is written in English using US Terms. I would recommend it for an advanced beginner or intermediate crocheter with experience in working cables. It is to fit a teen or adult female. This pattern has been tested. If you find anything wrong, please e-mail me so that I may update it for others. It is worked from the top down.
