I’ve loved this chandelier from afar for quite a while, and this purchase did not disappoint. Top quality metal tole and appropriately heavy crystal features in a stunning design: ALL gorgeous! Chandelier was packed beautifully, bound carefully in a thick cocoon of bubblewrap inside an amply sized, heavy carton box. Despite this diligent effort, 3 of the dangling glass “fruits” jiggled off in shipping, but these will be easily reattached! I could not recommend this Etsy seller more highly. Alys is the real deal. Look no farther if what you seek is top quality and an honest, helpful U.S. vendor for mostly European vintage and antique lighting and decor! I had high expectations for the Gothic chandelier I bought, as I’d been eyeing it for more than a year. Impossible to find anything near the quality of this church candelabra outside of Europe, except for this stellar U.S.-based vendor. The prices and shipping are not cheap, but are appropriate for the top quality of Alys’s items and packing. She is friendly, helpful, and a terrific communicator — intent on making her buyer happy. Item was even more gorgeous in person! Upon delivery, I was amazed at the care with which the box was packed, using ample bubblewrap in smart ways. Shipping jiggled one jump ring off but this is easily fixed. This Etsy vendor is highly recommended. I would not hesitate to buy from Alys again! A+++
