I will ship your order to the address listed in your ETSY RECEIPT so please be sure this is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for shipping again.

Prints are shipped within 2-5 working days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. Mounted prints are sent flat with a sheet of heavy duty board. This increases the cost of postage a little but ensures your print arrives in perfect condition. Mounted prints are wrapped in cellophane. Unmounted prints are sent rolled in a tube to reduce cost.

Prints and other goods are shipped by Royal Mail or Carrier (usually Parcelforce). Allow 2-4 days for delivery within the UK. If you require tracking, additional cost will be incurred so please contact me for details.

Cards are dispatched within 2 days of payment by Royal Mail and should arrive within 2 days. If you have an urgent requirement please contact me to make an arrangement for speedier dispatch before placing your order.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
I cannot be responsible for prints that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, I will replace small orders free of charge. PRINTS can be replaced if they are covered by Royal Mail insurance. This does not apply to prints sent outside the UK. If you wish to have your package insured please contact me for the cost (which can be very high, I'm afraid), before ordering

CUSTOMS CHARGES
Items that are shipped outside of UK may incur additional fees, taxes, tarifs, duties, or customs charges. Since I cannot predict or calculate these charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. I cannot accept returns due to customs fees.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE EUROPE
Fees to ship outside Europe can be very high. If you would like to discuss options please contact me and we will see what can be done

By placing an order you authorise Etsy to provide me with information such as your name, email address, postal address, and payment information. I use this to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, to provide customer support, to comply with any legal or tax obligations, and to comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I generally retain your data for 7 years.

I may share your personal information with trusted third parties such as delivery companies, but only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control.
