Our Body Butters include:
Fragrance Oil
No Water or Fillers
100% natural raw butters and oils
No phthalates, formaldehydes, or parabens

Uses:
This body butter is so moisturizing that you will only need a small amount compared to your usual body butter. This jar will last longer than other body lotions because of the small amount you need to use. This is great on dry areas of skin.

The oils in this butter tend to melt in hot temperatures. Please keep an eye on your tracking number so that it is not sitting in a hot mailbox during summer months. If for some reason it does melt just stick it in the freezer for a few minutes until it starts to harden up and then whip back into the consistency you like.

Because of the nature of this product I do not accept refunds. If there is a problem in anyway please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Shop promises 3-5 days shipping time. Order placed 2/18. Order shipped 9 days after... 2/27. Order arrived 3/2. The lotion quality is very nice; moisturizing without being greasy. However, the scent is extremely minimal/light. I can smell it when I open the container but does not linger on after application. The good thing is that the lotion itself has a nice warm scent from the butters (probably the shea) and I will use it and enjoy it. It is just not what I expected from a scented product.

I’m very disappointed in their products. I purchased two different types Butt Naked and Honey Almond; both very greasy. These are so greasy I had to shower twice after applying because regular soap wouldn’t work I had to use dawn dish soap to get it off! Yes it melts fast yet leaves a shiny greasy layer that stains clothes, leaves grease prints on everything touched until it’s washed it off. Now I have two useless jars of greasy that smell like hair salon. Also shipping took forever... Thans but NO Thanks!!!

As stated in my listings as well as when you check out my processing times are 3-5 business days. You ordered on February 5th and your order was shipped on February 12th (the 5th business day). Im not sure what happened and why you needed to take several showers with dawn dish soap to remove the body butter. It sounds like you may have used way too much. A little goes a long way and it does sink right into your skin. My body butters are my most popular sellers. I wish you would have reached out to me so I would of had the chance to make it right. I understand your frustration but please remember I am a small business that works really hard to provide good customer service. Please consider reaching out next time to anyone you purchase before leaving a bad review and give them the opportunity to make it right.

So I was trying to figure out why 2 out of the 4 jars seemed really greasy. It turns out there is a crack all the way around the entire plastic jars. That definitely wont work as it gets warmer since it will melt. Also,the amount of time it took to ship was really long. It took 10 days to ship it and then 14 days to finally get it. If you are more upfront about how long it takes to fulfill orders, there wouldn't be disappointment about it -- or at least it would be expected.
