For paint on collars I use eco friendly water based fabric paints.
You can wash such collar in washing machine ( 30 degree delicate cycle)
Processing time is 7-14 days.

S - neck circumference 32-33 cm ( 12.6- 13 inches)
M -neck circumference 34-35 cm (13.3 -13.7 inches)
L - neck circumference 36-37 cm (14-14.5 inches)
