WHAT ARE YOUR SHOP DAYS/HOURS OF OPERATION?

Hours of Operation: M-F, 9-5, EST. we do not work on these U.S. Holidays: New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. We try to answer convos within 24-48 hours (business days). Convos sent outside of normal business hours, weekends or holiday will be answered during shop hours. There are times we may be able to answer convos outside of business hours, but we can’t guarantee our availability outside normal shop hours.

A “Printable” is a digital file you purchase, download and print at home, a copy center, print shop or photo lab. We offer both ready-to-print, instant download digital designs and editable templates you edit online and download once editing is complete. All our editable templates are set up on Templett.com which makes it easy for you to edit online and instantly download your file for printing. We have demo links in all our editable template listing descriptions, so you can see all the editing features before purchasing. All the editing features are exactly the same as the purchased version, but you won’t be able to save changes or download the template in demo mode.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY READY-TO-PRINT (NON-EDITABLE) FILES?

Ready-to-Print design files are available to download as soon as your payment is processed. To access: While logged into your Etsy account, Click on “YOU”, Click “PURCHASES & REVIEWS” from the drop-down. There you will see a button that says “DOWNLOAD FILES”. WHERE DO I PRINT READY-TO-PRINT FILES?

Our Instant Download, Ready-to-Print PDF files can be printed at home, copy centers or print shops. JPG files can be printed at home, copy centers, or photo labs. PDF files have crop marks for you to trim your art to the final size. Every digital file comes with a Printing Tips PDF to assist you with printing questions. If you feel you may have a damaged file, please re-download through your etsy account first. If this does not resolve your issue, please convo me and I will email you a replacement. (A damaged file is very rare, but can happen during download.)

HOW DO I ACCESS MY EDITABLE TEMPLATE(S)?

All our Editable Templates are set up on Templett.com. To access your template for editing: 1) Check your email for an access link from Templett. This takes about 5 minutes. Check your spam if you don’t find the email. (OR) 2) If you don’t have access to the email you purchased with or can't locate the email from templett.com, go to https://templett.com/design and enter the email address linked to your Etsy order. Click on “Don’t have access to this account?” and follow the prompts. Once logged in, you can update your email address.

WHAT CAN I EDIT IN MY EDITABLE TEMPLATE?

All editing is done online at Templett.com via a laptop or desktop computer (no mobile devices or tablets can be used to edit). No need to download any software to edit your files. You can edit text wording, font, size, color and placement. Most graphics/images can be moved and resized. The color of some graphics can be edited. (See individual listing descriptions.) There are options to edit the background color or add your own image. Depending on the design, a backside or additional pages may be added. (See individual listing descriptions.) You cannot change the size or orientation of the template. Detailed editing instructions are included with your template & are available in your Templett.com account.

ARE FONTS INCLUDED WITH MY EDITABLE TEMPLATE?

All fonts shown in the listing images will be in your template. You don’t need to install any fonts on your computer. You can also change the fonts in your template to any of the fonts we offer which you can see in the fonts menu during editing.

WHERE DO I PRINT EDITED TEMPLATE FILES?

Once editing is complete, you may download your files in PDF, JPG or PNG format. PDF-for home printing, copy center or print shop. JPG-for photo lab or print shop. PNG-for text, email or social media sharing. Detailed Instructions with editing, paper selection and printing tips are included with editable templates.

Ready-to-Print & Editable Template Designs are for personal use only and may not be printed for monetary gain, shared or redistributed to others. Editable Template purchases are for ONE-TIME USE ONLY (unless stated otherwise in listing description). You may edit & save your template unlimited times. You may download your template file 5 times. Creating versions for multiple projects is not permitted. Templates are available for 12 months from date of purchase. Artful Life Printables reserves the right to rescind access to any template if the user does not comply with these terms.
