Bag arrived on time. Once the bag arrived, I realized the camel color I ordered was too light so I returned it for the cinnamon color which matches all my leather accessories. The shop was VERY helpful in guiding & explaining the return process. Although I had to wait extra time for the cinnamon bag to arrive, due to my error when ordering and paid about an extra $20 something dollars to do so. It was absolutely worth it since I shopped around for awhile for a bag like this. There’s is no other bag out there that matches this price and quality. I should know because I’m very particular in how I spend my hard earned money and will “research” my purchase thoroughly before ordering anything. It’s also very comfortable to wear and has several useful compartments. The zipper feature is fantastic! Thanks again maykobags!
