This listing is for a knit elephant dishcloth pattern - if made with cotton, it makes a lovely hostess or housewarming gift for the kitchen. This pattern is a great introduction to slip stitch mosaic knitting. If you know how to knit and slip stitches, this pattern is for you! Pattern includes a written formatting for each row, along with a full sized chart at the end. There is a summary included of how mosaic knitting works in case it's new to you to make it easy to jump in and get started. These would be lovely for using at an family gathering or as a great accent for a sunny kitchen to brighten up the decor, as well as being useful to avoid clutter.

Yarn: Worsted weight or DK cotton yarn, ~100 yards total. Sample used roughly 50 yards of each colour.

Needle: US 5 (3.75 mm) - gauge isn't too important, so feel free to go up or down for a different sized outcome.

Notions: Yarn needle for weaving in ends.

Sizes:
With recommended yarn & needles, your elephant dishcloth will come out roughly 7.5" x 7.5". This is easily adjusted by switching up yarn weight and/or needles used.
