Can you elaborate more on your return/refund policy?

Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship item back to me within 7 days of delivery. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: • Custom or personalized orders • Digital downloads Original shipping is only refundable if an item was damaged in transit and proof of damage (photos of packaging and contents) is provided by the customer. You are responsible for all return costs, which must include delivery confirmation. Additionally, except for the case of damaged in transit, all items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund of the original purchase price, less the shipping. A refund will be issued after returned items have been received and inspected.

Tell me more about shipping.

Please double check your shipping address when you check out. It is your responsibility to provide me with the correct mailing address. Any packages sent to the listed shipping address and returned will result in either an invoice sent to you for the additional postage to reship or a cancellation of the transaction with refund, less the original shipping cost. Standard shipping for most items is USPS Ground Advantage mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges for multiple items purchased together can be found when items are placed in your cart. Expedited shipping may be available if you contact me before placing your order. Please note: USPS does not guarantee most delivery times, therefore I can't either.

Do you recycle or reuse packing materials?

I work at being earth friendly, and use recycled shipping materials when appropriate.

What adjustments or changes can be made to items?

Most earrings can be changed to clip-on or pierced as needed. Hypoallergenic niobium ear wires are also available. If the advertised length of a bracelet or necklace isn’t perfect for you, adjustments may be able to be made. Please contact me before ordering if any of these conditions apply. Different mat colors may be available for photographic art prints. Customization to the back of bookmarks or inside of note cards may be available for bulk orders. An up-charge may apply to any of the above changes, but I will let you know this up front when you contact me.

Custom and personalized orders

I am always happy to discuss custom orders. Contact me using the contact button on my main shop page or the message button on each listing page to discuss the possibilities. Details worked out via messages on custom orders provide the specifications for your finished creation and are accepted by you when you purchase the custom listing that I will create for you. This includes, but is not limited to, any nonrefundable down payment or full prepayment required. All custom order sales are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged in shipping or is proven not to match the specifications worked out on the item before purchase or any subsequent change orders.

Wholesale availability

I am interested in hearing from wholesale buyers and individual gift shops/boutiques interested in volume wholesale orders. Don’t hesitate to contact me and we can exchange ideas.

A golden pigasus is mounted in each gold plated bezel cufflink of this cufflink set and protected by a glass cabochon. The outside diameter of the bezel is 9/16 of an inch. The distance from the back of the bezel to the back bar when it is perpendicular to the shaft is 1/2 inch.

My digitally altered flying pig images were printed on a laser printer, sealed and fixed to the base of the glass cabs before mounting in the bezels.

These cufflinks are also available with dark gray flying pigs mounted in silver plated or gunmetal plated bezel cufflinks, https://www.etsy.com/listing/61537740/silver-or-gunmetal-pigasus-the-flying .
