Are orders of fabric shipped as one piece?

Yes, all fabric orders are shipped in one piece. You may also ask to have your fabric cut into teeny tiny little pieces or abstract shapes, you can ask for anything really. We probably won't do it, but it never hurts to ask.

What’s a swatch and why do I even need it?

Swatches are cute little fabric samples (usually two inches both ways) that let you try before you buy actual yards. If you care about the color and texture of your fabric, getting a swatch first is a must. All of our pictures are rigorously checked to ensure they are true to color, but there are some details that just won’t show up on a screen. If you’re playing it fast and loose, respect. But don’t say we didn’t warn you! We can also ship with a stamp for a lower cost, let us know through a message if that’s something you’re interested in.

Do you control the shipping process and by extension, USPS as a whole?

Contrary to popular belief, we do not and have never had control over the inner workings of every local post office, nor do we have access to the hive mind under which they function. We do our damnest to ensure all packages arrive quickly and without issues, but once your shipment leaves our hands, we have just as much control and information as you. Please try your best to stay those angry hands should any shipping issues arise and contact us first before leaving a review. There’s also some virus or something messing with shipping times and post office hours, probably just a fad…

I heard a rumor that you only accept returns if they’ve been stuck down a well worn pair of pants.

Who keeps saying that?! NO!!! We do accept returns that are free of wear and tear, rain and stain, stink and drink, ect. Contact us before sending a return back, we immediately burn any unexpected deliveries (just kidding…or am we..?)
